Eggs: Size Equivalents
When cooking with eggs, you can convert the instructions according to egg size by using the following chart:

| 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 3 |
| 3 | 2 | 3 | 3 | 4 |
| 4 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 5 |
| 5 | 4 | 4 | 6 | 7 |
| 6 | 5 | 5 | 7 | 8 |
For example, if a recipe calls for 5 large eggs, you can use 4 jumbo eggs, or 4 X-large eggs, or 6 medium eggs, or 7 small eggs.
