    <ingredient>2-1/2 tbsp  chili powder</ingredient>
    <ingredient>1-1/2 tsp  cumin seed</ingredient>
    <ingredient>1   can (15 oz) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained</ingredient>
    <ingredient>1   can (15 oz) pinto beans, rinsed and drained</ingredient>
    <ingredient>2-3/4 lb  tomatoes, diced and chili-seasoned</ingredient>
    <ingredient>2 tbsp  brown sugar</ingredient>
    <ingredient>1 tbsp  cocoa powder, unsweetened </ingredient>

  <instructions>Spray large saucepan with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Cook ground beef until browned 5-8 minutes, crumbling with a fork. Add onions, bell pepper, and garlic; cook 5 minutes longer.  Add remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 20-30 minutes.
