Classic Potato, Onion & Ham Pizza - 6 servings

new potatoes, cut in .25 in. slices

onions, cut in .25 in. slices

garlic, coarsely chopped

bread shell pizza crust, about 16 oz each

1/2 lb
mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 lb
ham, thinly sliced

1/4 lb
Provolone cheese, sliced

1/2 cup
grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup
flat leaf parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 400°F. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Stir in potatoes, onions, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Cook 12-15 minutes over medium heat, turning occasionally. Stir in remaining butter. Cook 5-7 minutes, until potatoes are golden brown. Sprinkle mozzarella on bread shell. Top with ham slices. Place potato mixture over ham. Top with provolone slices. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley. Bake directly on oven rack 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
