Chicken Crescent Rolls - 4 servings

  • 1 cup diced warm roast chicken
  • 3 oz Happy Farms cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Happy Farms sweet cream butter, salted
  • 1 can Buehler's refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/3 cup Chef's Cupboard seasoned croutons, crushed
  • 3 tbsp melted Happy Farms sweet cream butter, salted

For filling, mix softened cream cheese and butter well, then stir in chicken. Separate crescent rolls into triangular pieces. Spread each with about a 1/4 cup chicken mixture. Roll up; tuck sides and point under to seal.

Dip each roll in melted butter then cover with crushed croutons. Put on cookie sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375°F.
