Teriyaki Chicken Fajitas - 4 servings

  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 4 Kirkwood boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 lb Happy Farms mild cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 8 La Mas Rica flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Friendly Farms sour cream

Thaw chicken breast. Once chicken is thawed, slice in strips and place in skillet with 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce.

Slice green peppers and onion and sauté in a separate skillet with 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce. Stir both skillets constantly so that vegetables and chicken do not stick to pans. Once chicken is cooked thoroughly and the veggies are cooked to your preference, serve with with soft tortilla shells, cheese and sour cream.
