E-Z pulled pork BBQ - 12 servings

  • 5 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 cups Briargate Kansas City original barbeque sauce
  • 12 sandwich buns

Place pork loin in large crock pot. Cover. Cook on low for 12 hours. Remove roast to large platter. Roast may fall apart, so be sure to retrieve all those good, little bits. Drain grease.

Using a dinner fork in each hand, pull the pork into shreds. Return shredded pork to the crock and add BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 1-1/2 hours.

I often put cooled BBQ in freezer bags in 2 serving amounts and freeze for later. You really save by buying the pork on sale. You can serve the BBQ on buns, rolls, or as a main dish. I always wash screw cap jars (from pickles or mayo) and save them to deal with drained grease.
