Six Layer Cookies - 12 servings

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Baker's Corner butterscotch baking chips
  • 1 cup Baker's Corner real semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can Friendly Farms sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Southern Grove chopped walnuts

Melt 8 tbsp butter in a jelly roll pan. Spread in pan (in layers): graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, butterscotch chips and chocolate chips. Drizzle one can of sweetened condensed milk on top. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool - then cut into squares.
