Chicken and Bacon With A Kick - 4 servings

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Spice Club garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Spice Club black pepper
  • 1 tsp Happy Farms sweet cream butter, salted
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Cut up the onion and warm the butter in a skillet. Add the chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes and black pepper. Let cook 15 minutes, then add bacon bits and cheese on top. Add onions and continue cooking until chicken is done and onions are soft.
