Breakfast Casserole - 8 servings

  • 5 Goldhen eggs
  • 2 cans Chef's Cupboard cream of celery condensed soup
  • 2 cups Happy Farms Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups rice, prepared
  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 2 lb Premium Pride pork sausage
  • 1 onion

Brown sausage & onion. In a baking dish, layer half of the rice, rice cereal, sausage, and cheese. Repeat layering.

Beat eggs with soup & pour over top. Sprinkle with extra rice cereal and bake 350°F for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
