Grilled Honey-Balsamic Pork Chops - 2 servings

Roseland center cut pork chops (about 6 oz each)
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; brush mixture over pork.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium hot coals (450°F). Place Chops on rack and grill covered 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes until pork reaches 160°F.
Serve immediately.
