    <ingredient>1 cup  La Mas Rica picante hot sauce</ingredient>

  <instructions>Place frozen chicken leg quarters and sauce in one plastic bag. Massage so that all chicken is coated with hot sauce. Close first bag and place in second bag to avoid any possible leaks.  Place in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours to thaw and marinate. Turn bag over every 6 hours or so to allow even coating. Barbecue on charcoal grill (for best flavor) over indirect heat or roast in oven uncovered at 375&amp;deg;F until fully cooked and skin is crispy (approximately 45 to 60 minutes.) Turn meat often to promote even browning.</instructions>
