Crockpot Lasagna - 8 servings

  • 1 lb 90/10 lean ground Sirloin
  • 3-1/2 cups Mama Cozzi spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups Friendly Farms lowfat small curd cottage cheese
  • 4 cups Happy Farms shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups Happy Farms shredded mild cheddar cheese

Brown the ground beef, drain fat. Layer all of the ingredients in the crock pot in whatever order you like, but avoid using cottage cheese as the final (topmost) layer. Begin layering with some sauce in the bottom to prevent bottom noodles from burning.

Cook for 3-4 hours on medium heat.

Add additional cottage cheese, sauce, and meat if you like.
