    <ingredient>3/4 lb  Reggano wide egg noodles</ingredient>
    <ingredient>1/4 cup  Happy Farms sweet cream butter, salted</ingredient>
    <ingredient>1   medium onion, chopped</ingredient>
    <ingredient>2 lb  Granger Ground Beef, 80% lean</ingredient>
    <ingredient>1/4 cup  Grandma's Best all-purpose flour</ingredient>
    <ingredient>2   cans Chef's Cupboard cream of chicken condensed soup</ingredient>
    <ingredient>2 cups  Friendly Farms sour cream</ingredient>
  </ingredients>
  <instructions>Boil egg noodles per package instructions and set aside.  Melt butter in a large pan. Add chopped onion and cook until onion is tender. Add hamburger and cook until brown. Add flour and cook for a minute or two. Add cream of chicken soup and let simmer for 15 minutes - stirring occasionally to prevent anything from sticking to the pan. After the 15 minutes, add sour cream and mix thoroughly.  Serve over egg noodles.</instructions>
