Tuna Noodle Casserole - 4 servings

  • 2 cups Reggano wide egg noodles
  • 1 can Chef's Cupboard cream of mushroom condensed soup
  • 1/2 cup Friendly Farms milk, 2% reduced fat
  • 2 tbsp pimentos, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Happy Harvest frozen sweet peas
  • 1/2 cup Happy Harvest frozen whole kernel corn
  • 2 cans Sea Net chunk tuna in water (drained)
  • 2 tbsp Chef's Cupboard plain bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Happy Farms sweet cream butter, salted

Prepare egg noodles per package directions and set aside. Mix soup, milk, pimentos, peas, tuna and noodles in 1-1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until hot. Stir.

Mix bread crumbs with butter & sprinkle on top. Bake additional 5 minutes.

Tip: This recipe is also great using Condensed Cream of Celery or 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup.
