    <ingredient>1/2 cup  Friendly Farms light sour cream</ingredient>

  <instructions>Brown ground beef and turkey. Drain excess fat return to stove on low. Mix in chili seasoning package. Mix in cheese until melted. Mix in diced tomatoes with green chilies and beans. Cook at medium heat for 15 minutes. Serve in bowls with grated cheese and sour cream as topping. </instructions>
