Morning Shake - 1 serving

  • 2 Goldhen grade A large eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Delight creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 cup Friendly Farms milk, whole vitamin D
  • 1 tbsp Golden Nectar pure honey

Place all ingredients into a blender (including the eggs, raw) and mix on low for 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Don't be afraid to experiment with the fruits you use. Try adding different fruits for a new twist.
